Where you'll create impact
As part of the CX team, you’ll be owning ERP implementations and relationships with our customers. You'll work alongside the growing CX team to deliver the best-in-class customer experience from onboarding to go-live and beyond.
We believe in extreme responsibility and high agency, and this role will be moving the needle by implementing ERP best practices, all while keeping an open mind and challenging the status quo of what customer success looks like.
How you'll work at DualEntry
You’ll own customer relationships, and within DualEntry, work with the founding team, product, and engineering.
You’ll be the bridge between customers and the rest of the company, helping shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback, and influencing our methodologies and operations within Impl to provide the best service.

What sets you up for success
- 3–6 years of experience in ERP implementations, ERP functional consulting, or accounting/advisory
- Strong preference for an accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 experience is a major plus)
- You’re a customer service extraordinaire

- Base Salary: $110K – $150K
- Equity: $50K
