Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operator/crew based in Longview, TX to start. The Operator will handle day-to-day tasks, including operating newly patented automated lubrication equipment, performing routine maintenance, monitoring equipment for optimal performance, and ensuring safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Experience and competency in operating computer and related equipment
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Adherence to workplace safety standards and practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment
- Previous experience in a oilfield or industrial setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are preferred
