Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with VRF / VRV systems
- Refrigeration Pipe installation and brazing experience
- Must have formal training on at least one of the manufacturers (listed below)
- EPA Certification
- MUST HAVE VRF / VRV EXPERIENCE
Skills Required:
- Install, start-up, and configure large-scale ductless HVAC VRF (variable refrigerant flow) systems
- Working on outdoor condensing units, copper refrigerant piping, indoor air side units / evaporators, and distribution manifolds
- Knowledgeable of 1 of the following manufacturers: Mitsubishi, LG, Daikin, York / Johnson Controls
- Ability to perform pressure tests, check for leakage, weigh-in refrigerant charge, etc.
- Must be very strong at reading plans, submittals, electrical schematics, and refrigerant circuits
