Dual Path is a managed service provider and IT consulting company that delivers enterprise-level technology solutions to Senior Living communities. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can combine creativity, organization, and modern marketing tools—including AI—to help us tell our story, engage our audience, and drive results.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and leverage technology to create better work more efficiently. You’ll work closely with company leadership while gaining hands-on experience across content creation, digital marketing, campaigns, events, and brand development.
What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain marketing content across social media, email campaigns, blogs, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to support content creation, research, brainstorming, editing, repurposing, and workflow efficiency while ensuring all final content meets brand and quality standards.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, sponsorships, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Create and schedule content across digital marketing channels.
- Assist with website updates, content management, and SEO-related initiatives.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify opportunities and improve messaging.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports that help measure marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing communications and materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging technology.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related experience (internships count).
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Experience creating content for social media, email marketing, websites, or digital campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Jasper, or similar platforms to improve productivity, content creation, research, or marketing workflows.
- Understanding that AI-generated content requires human review, editing, fact-checking, and brand alignment.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies and marketing strategies.

- Pay: Based on experience & skill set. Expected ange $50,000 - 65,000
