Join the Dua Pie kitchen team as a Full-Time Pizza Cook/Pizza Maker! We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking team member who takes pride in making great food and can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience, with previous pizza-making experience preferred.
You’ll play an important role in preparing and cooking our New York-style pizzas while helping keep service running smoothly during busy periods. We’re looking for someone who is a fast learner, dependable, works well under pressure, and takes pride in consistency and quality. Duties
● Prepare, stretch, top, and cook pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards.
● Prepare and portion ingredients for daily kitchen service.
● Operate ovens, mixers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
● Maintain consistent quality, portion sizes, and presentation during every shift.
● Work efficiently during high-volume and busy service periods.
● Keep your workstation clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout the shift.
● Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
● Assist with other kitchen duties and food preparation as needed.
● Communicate effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house team members.
● Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen before, during, and after service.
Qualifications
● At least 2 years of professional kitchen experience required.
● Previous pizza-making experience is strongly preferred.
● Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen is a plus.
● Must be a fast learner and able to quickly learn our recipes, procedures, and pizza-making standards.
● Ability to work efficiently and stay focused during busy periods.
● Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
● Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
● Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
● Good communication skills and ability to take direction.
● Must have a solid work history and good professional references.
● Must take pride in cleanliness, food quality, and consistency.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
