Immediate need for a Credit Manager with hospitality experience. The Credit Manager will be responsible for the entire "Order-to-Cash" cycle. This includes overseeing a multi-million-dollar accounts receivable portfolio, vetting high-value corporate contracts, and ensuring that the hotel’s credit policy is strictly followed to minimize bad debt while maximizing guest satisfaction.

What you will be doing:
- Evaluate and approve credit applications for large corporate accounts, travel agencies, and massive group bookings (conventions/weddings).
- Implement and update the hotel's credit policy in alignment with corporate standards and local regulations.
- Monitor the Guest Ledger daily for high-balance accounts and ensure proper payment methods are secured.
- Oversee the timely and accurate mailing of statements and invoices for all City Ledger accounts.
- Lead the collection efforts for overdue accounts, maintaining a professional but firm approach to meet DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets.
- Act as the final authority for billing disputes, working closely with Sales and Front Office to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and present monthly AR Aging reports to the General Manager and Director of Finance.
- Lead monthly credit meetings with Department Heads to review delinquent accounts and potential write-offs.
- Provide accurate cash flow forecasts based on expected receivables.
- Manage a team of AR Clerks and Billers
- Partner with Sales to balance revenue goals with credit risks and with the Front Office to ensure seamless check-in/out billing procedures.
What is required:
- 3–5 years of Credit Management experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Must be customer service oriented and be able to demonstrate clear and concise communication skills
- Advanced Excel (data exports from Opera, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables for aging analysis)
- Advanced Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure during high-occupancy periods
