Immediate need for a battle-tested Automotive Dealership Controller who thrives in a high-volume automotive environment. You won’t just report the numbers—you will own the financial roadmap of the store, partnering directly with the senior leadership team to drive financial controls, profitability and operational excellence.

What You Will Do:
- Lead the Close: Execute a flawless month-end close process, ensuring timely submission of accurate OEM financial statements.
- Protect the House: Implement and maintain ironclad internal controls to safeguard assets and manage cash flow effectively.
- Drive Performance: Go beyond the spreadsheet. Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Parts Directors to identify expense variances and revenue opportunities.
- Manage the Team: Mentor and manage the administrative and accounting staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to GAAP and corporate policy.
What You Bring to the Table:
- High-Volume Pedigree: You have 5 years of Controller experience specifically within large platform/multi-franchise dealership groups.
- DMS Mastery: You are a power user of Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, or Tekion.
- Operational Mindset: You understand how the front of the house affects the back of the house and can communicate financial trends clearly to operational leaders.
- Detail Orientation: You have a hands-on approach to general ledger maintenance and schedule reconciliation
