Description:

The services You will provide the client project team: As a Solutions Architect Contractor, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs and align with architectural standards. Designing and supporting the development of technology solutions to meet business needs and align with architectural standards. Defining interaction requirements for specific components, subsystems, and interfaces within the application/solution to create an overall solution-specific blueprint. Converting predetermined solution elements into a blueprint design that meets overall project requirements and enterprise security needs. Leading and supporting architectural activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in solution architecture

Primary Skill Required for the Role: Adobe

Level Required for Primary Skill: Advanced (6-9 years experience)

Location - Working at Client Site in MarTech Team in ATL

Key responsibilities:

• Provide advisory guidance on leading architecture practices, frameworks, and solution approaches across the in-scope Adobe platforms, including Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Muti-solution architect - Adobe

Tasks:

• Input to and refine architecture standards, design patterns, and guardrails for Adobe platform usage across RTCDP, AJO, AEM, and CJA.
• Provide end-to-end solution and integration design guidance, including data flows, system integrations, identity resolution models, and omnichannel activation patterns.
• Conduct technical insight and quality assurance on designs, configurations, and implementation deliverables to ensure alignment with best practices and Macy’s enterprise architecture principles.
• Advise on the technical architecture required to support priority customer experience, marketing, and personalization use cases across Adobe applications.
• Assess current-state architecture and recommend enhancements, optimizations, and a forward-looking roadmap to maximize value from Macy’s Adobe ecosystem.

Skills:

• Enterprise, solution, and integration architecture (application, data, identity, and API design)
• Deep expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud — RTCDP, AJO, AEM, CJA, and platform services
• Designing end-to-end data flows, omnichannel activation patterns, and identity resolution models
• Assessing complex technical environments, diagnosing gaps, and structuring actionable recommendations
• Translating business requirements into scalable technical designs and roadmaps
• Leading workshops, design reviews, and cross-functional working sessions with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Data teams
• Communicating complex architecture concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences
• Providing thought leadership, setting standards and guardrails, and ensuring high-quality delivery
• Building trusted client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders through advisory, guidance, and co-creation

Pay rate: $93.89/hr depending on experience
