We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

Job Title: SailPoint Reporting & Documentation
Location: Chicago, IL or Baltimore, MD (Onsite/Remote hybrid – TBD)
Duration: 6–12 Months (initial contract, possible extension)
Mostly Remote with occasionally onsite for meetings
Project Background
Client is continuing its SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation. This project involves transitioning remaining workflows from a legacy system into SailPoint, ensuring audit readiness, compliance, and seamless IAM processes. Candidates will support configuration, testing, reporting, and deployment activities in a highly regulated utility environment.

- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and compliance reports.
- Ensure complete, detailed documentation for all project deliverables.
- Provide audit-ready artifacts aligned to our client's regulated environment.
- 5 years of IAM experience with at least 2 years in SailPoint IIQ (IdentityNow a plus).
- Experience in regulated industries (utilities, energy, financial services, healthcare).
- Strong documentation discipline – must produce audit-ready deliverables.
- Onshore (US-based) candidates only – must be eligible for additional network/training clearance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
