DTI has an immediate need for a Remote - ServiceNow Business Analyst | ServiceNow Developer | ServiceNow Architect
Responsibilities:
- Updates and develops annotated wire frames and service layer mapping
- Collaborates with DEV Team to ensure alignment across all groups to business requirements
- Analyzes and documents backend systems and data to develop systems requirements needs
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction
- Supports creation of process diagrams and documentation, analysis of process gaps, and design of future-state organization capabilities
- Supports analyst functions, including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives
