Job Summary
The Assistant Community Director will work along side the Community Director in overseeing the daily operations of the community, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This role involves managing administrative tasks, facilities management, and providing exceptional customer service. The Assistant Community Director will work closely with residents, staff, and external partners to maintain compliance with legal standards and enhance community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Show and lease current and upcoming vacant apartment homes
- Assist Community Director in managing day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Oversee administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to community management.
- Coordinate facilities management activities to maintain a safe and functional environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a community or real estate setting.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with facilities management principles.
- Proficiency in customer service practices with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Experience using Onesite or similar software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
