🎯 Program Overview
DTI is hiring 5 consultants to join a structured Cohort Training Program supporting a large-scale public utility transformation initiative in Tampa, Florida.
This program is designed to train and develop consultants in Oracle data conversion within the utilities space, providing the foundation needed to support enterprise system modernization efforts.
🎓 Training & Development Structure
This is a hands-on, career-launching opportunity with structured onboarding and real-world application:
- 4 weeks: Internal DTI training focused on Professional Communication, Oracle Data Conversion, Introduction to AI, and Utility Fundamentals
- 2 weeks: Formal training provided by the client
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
During and after the cohort program, consultants will:
- Learn and support Oracle data conversion processes
- Assist with data mapping, validation, and migration activities
- Participate in data cleansing and reconciliation efforts
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to understand system workflows and business processes
- Gain exposure to Customer Information Systems (CIS), AI, and utility operations
- Assist with transforming unstructured data into actionable insights
- Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies, removing duplicates, and fixing inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, as well as maintaining documentation
- ✅ Required QualificationsDemonstrated interest in Information Technology
- Completion of a relevant certification (IT, data, systems, or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a structured environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be local to the Tampa, FL area (no relocation or remote candidates)

- SQL, Excel, or reporting tools
