About the Role

You’ll join our quantitative engineering team, working closely with researchers and investors to build and support the systems that power research, analytics, and trading. The role blends strong engineering with quantitative thinking, with a focus on scalability, automation, and usability.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale research and trading workflows with researchers and portfolio teams
  • Develop reusable tools and automated systems
  • Improve platforms for performance, scale, and reliability
  • Own projects end-to-end (design → production → support)
  • Help define standards, monitoring, and best practices
  • Contribute to technical discussions and quantitative analysis

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Python and SQL skills
  • Experience with Java, C# or C
  • Comfortable working with large datasets
  • Solid engineering skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Exposure to quantitative methods is a plus
  • Clear communicator, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Finance or trading experience is helpful but not required

Salary : $175,000 - $250,000
