General Manager – Downtown Flavortown Pigeon Forge
Are you a hospitality leader who knows how to build great teams, drive results, and lead a complex operation?
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume hospitality and entertainment operation. This is an opportunity for a business-minded leader who enjoys developing people, improving culture, driving financial performance, and creating an exceptional guest experience.
What You'll Lead
- A large team of 100 Team Members
- High-volume restaurant, bar, banquet, retail, and entertainment operations
- Sales, labor, COGS, inventory, and overall P&L performance
- Leadership development, training, coaching, and accountability
- Guest experience and operational excellence
- Process improvement and execution of company standards
- POS reporting, business analytics, and data-driven decision making
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of high-volume restaurant management experience
- Proven experience leading large teams and developing leaders
- Strong P&L, labor, COGS, and KPI management skills
- Hands-on experience with a major POS system such as MICROS, InfoGenesis, Aloha, Toast, Oracle, or similar
- A track record of building positive, engaged, high-performing teams
- Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with a $10M operation is preferred, but not required. We value operational complexity, leadership ability, and results over a specific sales number.
