Inventory & Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Inventory & Warehouse Associate to join our custom apparel and printing team. This is a hands-on position involving receiving and organizing apparel inventory, stocking shelves, maintaining a clean warehouse, and assisting with T-shirt customization and production.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical warehouse work, can regularly move boxes weighing approximately 25–35 lbs, pays close attention to inventory accuracy, and is willing to learn or assist with heat pressing and custom apparel production.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries of T-shirts, hoodies, apparel, and other supplies.
• Lift, carry, and move boxes of apparel typically weighing 25–35 lbs.
• Open, inspect, count, and verify incoming merchandise.
• Organize incoming T-shirt boxes and place inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
• Stock and restock T-shirts and other apparel on warehouse shelves.
• Keep apparel organized by style, color, and size.
• Count inventory and help maintain accurate inventory quantities.
• Perform regular physical inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Rearrange and organize inventory as needed to keep products easy to locate and access.
• Fold, organize, and prepare T-shirts and other apparel.
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and organized workplace, including warehouse shelves, workstations, and production areas.
• Break down boxes, remove packaging materials, and assist with general warehouse cleanup.
• Assist customers and team members with T-shirt customization when needed.
• Inspect finished customized garments for proper placement and quality.
• Assist with preparing and organizing customer orders.
• Help with other warehouse, inventory, and apparel production duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move boxes weighing approximately 25–35 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately count T-shirts and other inventory.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
• Ability to keep shelves, inventory, and work areas organized.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse, stockroom, retail inventory, apparel, or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Previous heat press, DTF printing, screen printing, embroidery, or custom apparel experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, clean, and accurate. This position is a combination of warehouse work, inventory management, and hands-on custom apparel production. You should be comfortable switching between receiving deliveries, stocking and counting T-shirts, organizing the warehouse, cleaning work areas, and helping produce customized apparel.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
