Location: Elmwood Park, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:30AM–7PM, Saturday 9AM–5PM

DTF Jersey is a fast-growing custom apparel and printing company based in Elmwood Park. We’re known for our high-quality DTF and UV prints and top-notch customer service. We’re looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Associate who is organized, friendly, and motivated to help customers and support daily operations.
What You’ll Do
As our Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first face customers see when they walk into our store. You’ll help manage orders, answer phones, organize pickups, and keep things running smoothly at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a smile
- Answer phone calls and respond to messages professionally
- Help manage and track orders
- Schedule and organize order pickups
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
- Support team with light admin tasks and customer inquiries
- Provide product and service information when needed
- Help with blank organizations and refilling
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual – English & Spanish (required)
- Basic computer skills (email, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be a team player
- Prior customer service or front desk experience is a plus
