Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and tool-calling capabilities.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js/TypeScript or Python.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven services.
- Ability to partner directly with Product and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solution development.
- Experience coordinating and guiding offshore development teams to ensure delivery and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred:
- Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and modern application architectures.
