The Impact you will have in this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and developing/maintaining Organization Intranet site to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications and solutions that drive operational efficiency and collaboration across the organization.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Product Owner for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
- Lead the design and delivery of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Oversee the development of model-driven and canvas apps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive automation of business processes using Power Automate, integrating with Microsoft 365 and third-party services.
- Manage and evolve the organization’s SharePoint Online intranet, ensuring it meets communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing needs.
- Work with content owners and stakeholders to improve site usability, structure, and engagement.
- Oversee SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development and enhancements to support custom business solutions.
- Provide guidance on SharePoint Online administration, including permissions, content lifecycle, and compliance.
- Utilize PowerShell and PnP scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
- Ensure adherence to governance, licensing, and security best practices across Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Support testing, debugging, and quality assurance of new features and enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful solution adoption.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with MS Graph API, REST services, and integration of external data sources.
- Familiarity with cloud development practices and modern web technologies.
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
