- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Develop and maintain strong working knowledge in one or more Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingID, and PingOne, with a focus on secure access management, governance, and SSO enablement.
- Provide end-to-end production support for access management platforms, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and adherence to operational SLAs and governance standards.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to support SSO onboarding, integration activities, and platform enhancements, while continuously building domain expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to balance production support and engineering-driven initiatives, adapting to dynamic team priorities and business requirements.
- Participate in planned change implementations (including weekends) and provide support during disaster recovery events and critical incidents outside standard business hours.
- Work in a rotational shift model (Early Morning & Afternoon shifts) to ensure global coverage and operational continuity.
- Contribute to automation initiatives using scripting or programming. Exposure to AI/ML-driven operational improvements is an added advantage.
- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow for efficient incident, problem, and change management, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Proactively learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and security capabilities introduced within the access management ecosystem.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
