- Support the preparation of board materials, executive briefings, and leadership presentations through sourcing content, organizing inputs, and ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
- Track and manage follow-ups from CSS leadership meetings, ensuring action items are closed and cross-functional owners are accountable
- Assist in coordinating CSS priorities across business areas, including strategy development, enterprise goal-setting, and budget and operational planning cycles
- Contribute to internal communications that articulate CSS goals, initiatives, and decisions to stakeholders across the organization
- Help coordinate content for external engagements, including client conferences, press opportunities, and Town Halls, in partnership with Marketing and Communications teams
- Conduct research and synthesize information on business topics, competitive dynamics, and industry trends to support the CSS leadership team
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners and serve as a reliable, proactive point of contact for the CSS President's office
- Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, or emerging risks in business operations and bring them to the attention of senior leadership with proposed solutions
- Support a variety of ad hoc projects and special initiatives — no two days will look the same
**NOTE: The responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.

- Exposure to financial market infrastructure, capital markets, post-trade services, or securities operations
- Experience supporting senior executives or operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Familiarity with program or project management frameworks; ability to track complex, multi-party workstreams
- Analytical mindset — comfortable synthesizing data, research, or competing inputs into a cohesive narrative or recommendation
- Leverages AI tools to enhance productivity and quality in the creation of presentations, briefing materials, analyses, and written communications, ensuring outputs meet executive, board, and regulatory standards
