DT-TRAK Consulting is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support the Warm Springs Service Unit under an Indian Health Service federal contract. This position supports direct patient care and daily pharmacy operations in a clinical setting serving Native American communities.
This is a full time federal contract opportunity offering stable hours and competitive compensation.
Position Overview
The Pharmacist will provide pharmacy support services including medication dispensing, clinical review, patient counseling, immunizations, documentation, and compliance with all federal and facility pharmacy standards.
Responsibilities
Dispense medications accurately and safely
- Review medication orders for appropriateness and interactions
- Counsel patients on medication use and treatment plans
- Maintain pharmacy documentation and records
- Administer immunizations as authorized
- Support clinical pharmacy operations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist license in any U.S. state
- PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of pharmacist experience preferred
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to pass federal background screening
Schedule
- Full time contract
- Approximately 1,870 annual hours
- Monday through Friday schedule expected
- Federal holidays observed
