We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to lead our people and culture initiatives across all divisions of The DT Companies. Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with The DT Companies’ business goals, culture, and values.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, ensuring a professional, positive, and compliant workplace.
• Performance & Development: Fine-tune performance review processes, strengthen career development pathways, and support leadership training.
• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with federal and state employment laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Culture & Engagement: Champion a culture that reflects our commitment to people, teamwork, and community involvement.
• HR Systems: Oversee and optimize HR systems and technology.
• Leadership Collaboration: Partner closely with company leadership to align HR priorities with overall business and operational goals.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus: SHRM-SCP/SPHR).
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success developing and leading HR strategy in a growing, multi-division organization.
• Strong understanding of employment law, benefits administration, and employee engagement best practices.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience in construction, trades, or service industries preferred but not required.
