Finance Interns provide entry-level support to various groups within the CFO organization, including Accounting, Finance, Audit, and Risk. Through this internship, students will gain an understanding of the corporate and strategic functions within the organization. Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of finance concepts, including recording transactions, cash management, ledger activity, account reconciliations, data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, to assist with accounting and audit responsibilities.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university are eligible for DT Midstream’ s Internship program. Students will no longer be eligible to hold an internship position upon graduation from their program unless accepted into another degree program.
- Graduating high school seniors who have been accepted to begin college in the fall are eligible to apply if they will be at least 18 years old before their start date. A college acceptance letter must be provided.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA is required.
- College students will be asked to provide an official transcript as proof of eligibility before receiving an offer of employment.
- Must live within a commutable distance from the Canonsburg, PA office and work in-person.
- Proficiency in computer applications applicable to the specific work field/discipline including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Coursework in finance is preferred.
- Knowledge of finance software packages such as NetSuite or equivalent.
- Support the Finance Department by analyzing data and preparing reports
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and weekly forecasts
- Support audit activities, including planning, testing, and reviewing internal controls across key business processes
- Contribute to special projects as assigned to broaden technical knowledge and professional skills
- Participate in team meetings and provide timely updates on assigned projects and responsibilities
- Demonstrate effective time-management skills and a strong commitment to assigned work
