Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Orlando, FL. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, identify opportunities to grow the client base, and develop long-term relationships with customers. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, setting and striving to meet or exceed sales targets, creating and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings and provide insights into market trends.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Team Leadership and Management skills with experience leading, mentoring, and developing a sales team
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement and negotiation
- Strategic Planning and Analytical skills to identify market opportunities and optimize sales strategies
- Experience in the aluminum or building materials industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
