Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Keyholder located in Flowood, MS. The Keyholder will assist in day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities, managing cash registers, monitoring sales transactions, and ensuring store security. The role includes offering excellent customer service, supporting the delivery of a superior shopping experience, and acting as a leader on the sales floor. You will also help in achieving sales and operational goals by motivating team members and fostering a professional, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of products and the ability to educate and inform customers effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
- Proven retail sales experience and the ability to meet sales goals
- Customer service and customer experience skills to ensure a high standard of satisfaction
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
