Summary
- Plan and execute complex logistics and transportation projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Extensive experience moving several kinds of Capital Equipment
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- May supervise project team members or provide guidance to junior staff members
- Master's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Cargowise experience
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
For this position, the expected base pay is: $69,000.00 - $93,000.00 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
