This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Key Account Manager located in Chicago, IL. The Operational Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include overseeing operational processes, analyzing performance metrics, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize supply chain solutions. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to strategically manage accounts to meet business objectives.

• Strong expertise in account management, relationship-building, and customer service
• Experience in operational processes, logistics coordination, and supply chain management
• Capability in data analysis, problem-solving, and performance improvement
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and global operations is a plus
