Job Description: Senior Manager – Facilities & Training (Contract Logistics)Position OverviewThe Senior Manager – Facilities & Training will oversee the operational integrity, safety, and efficiency of multiple logistics sites while driving workforce capability through structured training programs. This role ensures that facilities are compliant, cost-effective, and optimized for performance, while employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced contract logistics environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities Management

• Lead the maintenance, safety, and compliance of multiple logistics sites.
• Oversee vendor relationships for utilities, security, cleaning, and maintenance services.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and cost-control measures across facilities.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Training & Development
• Design and implement training programs tailored to logistics operations, safety, and compliance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs to meet evolving business needs.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Leadership & Collaboration
• Manage a team of facilities and training specialists across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and senior leadership to align facilities and training strategies with business goals.
• Provide strategic input on site expansions, relocations, or upgrades.
• Act as a key liaison between corporate leadership and site-level management.Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or Construction Management.
• 2 years of experience in logistics operations, facilities management, or workforce training.
• Strong knowledge of contract logistics, warehouse operations, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and large teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Competencies
