Human Resource (HR)Consultantsare integral to carrying out a variety of functions within a human resources department. The individual in this role may be involvedin:recruitment, labor or employee relations, change management, training, compensation, learning and development, payrolladministrationor any other area of human resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the department's goalsby:ensuring employee'sHR needsare met,compensationand job descriptions are consistent and compliant,supports recruiting andnew hire onboarding process, supportsperformance appraisalprocesses,works with HR Manager to honeemployee relationsskills,supportsmanagement and employee traininginitiatives, policyrollout, etc.

Supports the department's goals bybuildingandmaintainingclient relationships to ensure we are successfully helping clients achieve their business strategies.

Maintains employeepersonnelfilesand HRIS system recordsin compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Supports hiring needs including posting jobs,screeningand hiring candidates.

Communicates company policies and supportsleadership'senforcement of these policies.

Entakeof employee relation issues/ first level of resolution of Associate Relations issues

Working with direction from higher level Human Resource management, may research, employment laws, human resources policies, and communicate the information effectively to the client.

Creates and supports employee engagement activities whilestaying within budget.

SupportscompanyOpen Enrollment period to ensure smooth processing.

Supports Payroll processing.

Education& Experience

Bachelor's degree in human resources,business,ora relatedfield and3-year experience working in Human Resource field required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate
