Job Description Job Title: Sr. Client Relationship Manager Locations: Kansas City, MO; Braintree, MA; Boston, MA - Hybrid About the Role This role is responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within DST Technologies' Professional Accounting - Business Advisory Services (PA-BAS) sector. How You Will Make an Impact Manage and cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships with assigned accounts in the PA-BAS sector. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth targets. Proactively identify automation opportunities and process improvements of the common initiatives frequently performed in the team. Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., client relationship teams, product development, service delivery, technical support, operations, financial control) to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of DST Technologies' offerings. Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service offerings relevant to the PA-BAS market. Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales within the financial services or professional services technology sector. Proven track record of successfully providing client support. Strong understanding of the mutual fund industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong client-centric approach.
