Own revenue intelligence and forecasting, delivering accurate pipeline reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights that strengthen commercial accountability and leadership decision-making. Design and maintain scalable dashboards and performance reporting to provide clear visibility into revenue, pipeline health, and business performance. Drive commercial process optimization, identifying inefficiencies, introducing automation, and aligning workflows with enterprise tools and governance standards. Provide structured program support and maintain clear commercial documentation, ensuring consistent workflows, ownership clarity, and scalable execution across priority initiatives. Coordinate financial and pipeline reporting cadences, consolidating revenue, activity, and performance metrics into integrated leadership reporting. Enable go-to-market execution, strengthening pipeline quality, CRM data integrity, and sales readiness through GTM playbooks, standards, and commercial support. Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Technology, Client Services, and Marketing to ensure aligned execution, program delivery, and governance and compliance readiness. What You Will Bring: Experience in commercial excellence, revenue operations, sales enablement, or analytics. Strong Salesforce reporting and CRM governance expertise. Proven success leading cross-functional commercial or operational initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience designing scalable processes, SOPs, and workflows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, strong organization, and an ownership mindset.
