DST America, Inc. is looking for a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who are comfortable speaking to a diverse customer base. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Generate proposals and quotes based on clients needs and recommended solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to assist and promptly respond to customer inquiries will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will be the face of DST America and ensuring our customers are highly satisfied with their experience is our nunber one priority .
Skills
- Basic understanding of the sales process, including customer service and profit margins
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, dividing)
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills to effectively identify and address customer needs
- Ability to operate basic office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners)
- Team player who can also manage their own work pace
- Bachelors Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
