This isn’t a corporate marketing role. This is about creating energy, culture, and demand around a one-of-a-kind surf and hospitality experience. We’re looking for a creative, connected, and relationship-driven leader who understands the surf space, knows how to build a brand, and can execute at a high level.
We’re looking for someone who wants to sell the most fun surfing destination in the world.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the vision and execution of all marketing efforts—owning the brand, the voice, and the growth strategy.
- Develop and execute a bold, integrated marketing strategy across digital, social, and experiential channels
- Build and lead brand positioning that drives awareness, demand, and loyalty
- Leverage relationships within the surf industry, media, and influencer networks
- Oversee content strategy, social media, and digital campaigns
- Drive partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations
- Work cross-functionally with operations to ensure alignment between brand and guest experience
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns to drive measurable results
- Lead PR efforts, storytelling, and launch campaigns

- Proven experience in marketing leadership, ideally within surf, lifestyle, hospitality, or action sports industries
- Strong background in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
- Deep network and relationships within the surf or action sports community
- Creative mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results
- Experience building and scaling a brand
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
