dSPACE Studio is an award-winning residential architecture firm with studios in Chicago and Los Angeles. We’re seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive professional to become the operational manager of our Chicago studio.
This is a multifaceted role that blends studio operations, marketing coordination, office project coordination, and client communications. You’ll work with firm leadership to keep our studio running smoothly while helping deliver an exceptional experience for our clients and team. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to marketing initiatives and explore emerging AI tools that are shaping the future of our practice.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required and ability to learn new software
- Experience with Adobe software is a plus, but not required
- Prior administrative or office experience is welcome but not required
