Full-time and Part-time
Locations: Athens, Dawson, Jacksonville, Springfield
Pay: $18–20 per hour
Schedule:
7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 11 PM-7 AM
What a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Will Do:
- Coach individuals in life skills: hygiene, cooking, cleaning, communication, and more
- Support mobility and encourage positive social interactions
- Assist with medical appointments and daily routines
- Reinforce goals using personalized support plans
- Document progress and communicate with a caring team
- Note: Some individuals may occasionally exhibit hostile or aggressive behavior or be under the influence. You’ll be trained to respond safely and with support from your team.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others
- Ability to lift, assist with mobility, and work flexible shifts
