🔧 1. DevOps & Automation (CI/CD, Environments, Tooling)
- Build and maintain automation across the software development lifecycle.
- Manage and refresh Dev/Test environments (patching, OS health, re-provisioning).
- Maintain CI/CD integrations (GitHub, Jira) for build, test, deploy.
- Improve toolchains and introduce new automation where it accelerates development.
- Use AI tools where possible to streamline operations and monitoring.
- Manage wireless networks, switches/routers, and mobile devices.
- Support network segmentation, routing, VLANs, and performance tuning.
- Administer next-gen firewalls (filtering, threat prevention, IPSec, SSL decryption).
- Oversee endpoint security and physical security technologies.
- Support disaster recovery/business continuity planning.
- Administer VMware vSphere environments, Windows/Linux servers, and storage.
- Manage Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, PKI, and identity services.
- Maintain server health, backups, and performance monitoring.
- Manage Microsoft 365 (email, SharePoint, OneDrive) & Azure services (VMs, Files, EntraID, Conditional Access).
- Support external test/development environments.
- Administer SQL Server backups, monitoring, and performance basics.
- Manage integrations with Azure Application Insights.
- Deploy and image workstations (Windows/Mac/Linux).
- Configure employee access (AD, file shares, O365).
- Maintain mobile devices and printers.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware/software.
- Keep documentation and IT policies up to date.
