Typical task breakdown:
- Handle break/fix on the network
- Network management - Cisco Prime LMS, DNA, WCS, Radius, Tacacs administration
- Responsible for day-to-day network operations in supported PSLD sites, including site start-ups
- Monitors networks and provide network up-time for facilities
- Strong customer support skills and ITSM
Interaction with team:
- Strong teamwork, communication & customer service skills

- Group of 12 team members supporting Network, Server, Mobility, Automation, PC/Software Support, architecting/designing the Facility Automation Solutions
