We're hiring a Sugar Reduction Innovation Technical Program Associate Director to lead the platform. You'll steer the sugar reduction program while collaborating with R&D and the Taste Texture & Health business teams. At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional. Key responsibilities: Sugar Reduction Innovation Program and Project management from design, planning, execution and tracking on-time and on-budget to meet agreed objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Build and execute stage gate innovation projects from scratch, and/or picks-up existing projects to bring new angles or approaches, set objectives, manage risks and milestones. Cross-functional team leadership to ensure full delivery of objectives on-site and virtually across borders working with global teams located on 3 continents (US, Europe, Asia). Engage with Subject Matter Experts to understand, interpret, digest, analyse, challenge and communicate scientific and technical results, data and findings (creation, application, sensory, consumer and scientific data) to re-orient the project approach when needed. Collaborate with Sugar Reduction Innovation Program Leader (IPL) in designing the pipeline content with key stakeholders (Regions, Key Global Accounts), Strategic Business Units (SBUs) in a competitive and complex environment to build a robust pipeline of projects. Scout opportunities for collaboration with relevant partners internally such as Receptor Based Discovery Science Domain but also externally via SBUs and Partnerships management to drive more business impact. This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working model, spending 3 days per week in the Princeton office and the balance of the work week in a home office. The position will be filled at a level that is commensurate with the experience level of the successful candidate. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $176,300 - $190,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
