Job Title: Senior Specialist CX (M/F/D) City, Country: This position can be performed from Barcelona (Spain) or Grasse (France) or Dax (France) Work Schedule: Day shift Term: Permanent contract Join our team and become an integral part of our Customer Experience department, where you'll provide essential support and gradually take on greater responsibilities. With a focus on order management, logistics, and supply chain activities, you'll collaborate closely with diverse customers and internal teams. Your key responsibilities * Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process. * Keep customer requirements updated in our system. * Build an intimate relationship with dsm-firmenich customers & internal stakeholders. * Provide regular reports and information to stakeholders. * Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary. * Manage daily escalations & issues. * Open, follow up customer’s non-conformities. You bring * Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics. * Minimum of 2 years’ job-related experience. * You have an advanced level of English. French is nice to have. * Absolute customer focus, excellent communication skills and team spirit. * Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn. * Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
