Sr. Technician, Mechanical Maintenance Kingstree, SC On-Site, M-F, 7AM-4:30PM As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pumps, mechanical transmissions, chillers, compressors, mechanical seals, and gearboxes. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergency repairs, and ensure all equipment remains operational in a safe and compliant manner. This role requires the ability to perform confined space entries, complete work orders efficiently, and support production uptime through proactive and reactive maintenance. Your key responsibilities Perform maintenance tasks and work orders efficiently while ensuring a safe and clean cGMP-compliant work environment. Follow all safety protocols including lock-out/tag-out, confined space entry, hot work, and working at heights. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, recommending solutions to reduce downtime and repair costs. Use CMMS (SAP) to access and update work orders, equipment status, and spare parts information. Maintain effective communication with production teams and ensure detailed, documented handovers across shifts. Support training and cross-training efforts, provide feedback on spare parts and training needs, and assist with onboarding new personnel.
