Spearhead a positive safety culture, firmly believing in injury prevention and conduct safety leading indicator activities to achieve established targets, actively engaging team members. Support the management of plant and process areas, including training new staff and implementing process improvement initiatives. Conduct daily audits of Quality Risk Assessments, proactively addressing and preventing non-conformances and utilize effective troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis to monitor, assess, and resolve production issues. Optimize on-time delivery by adhering to schedules and adjusting goals as necessary to meet daily targets. Support scheduling and planning of client batches, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Utilize Six Sigma tools for continuous process improvements across manufacturing operations. Act as a liaison with other functional teams to support cross-functional project work. Identify areas for improvement in process, equipment, and training, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Demonstrated proficiency in all areas of packing, compounding, safety, quality, punctuality, communication, leadership and accountability. Experience with LEAN Manufacturing and Sanitation, preferably in a perfumery and/or Experience with business systems such as SAP, Kronos, Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power point and Outlook) Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day.
