Supports daily production schedules, monitors team performance, and assists in coordinating workflow to achieve production goals. Maintains accurate documentation, clean work areas, and efficient manufacturing processes. Serves as Line Lead when needed to provide direction, promote teamwork, and ensure timely, high-quality output.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Prepare, set up, and operate blending equipment to mix dry ingredients according to blend sheet specifications.Weigh, measure, and stage ingredients as specified, load ingredients into blenders safely and accurately.
- Start and monitor mixing cycles, ensuring blends meet quality and consistency standards.Collect product samples for laboratory analysis and adjust blends per lab recommendations when necessary.
- Prepare packaging according to schedule, ensuring correct containers, liners, labels, and sample Support and ensure the safety and productivity of all employees on the designated shift.
- Back up line lead-Conduct walk-throughs of the blending area to verify equipment condition, safety compliance, and adherence to cGMP and sanitation standards. Train new employees and coach existing staff to ensure compliance, safety, and performance standards are met.
- Coordinate production schedules, batch cards, and process orders to ensure timely and accurate execution. Communicate effectively with Planning, Quality/Lab, Maintenance, and other departments to address equipment, quality, or scheduling issues. Report and help investigate incidents, deviations, or performance concerns.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years experience in manufacturing operations.
- Able to troubleshoot, anticipate and correct problems associated with plant operations.
- Intimate operating knowledge of all available processing equipment and processes.
- Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule.
- In depth understanding of established company values and operations objectives.
