Job Duties & Responsibilities
0–5 years of experience (construction experience is great but not required) Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Someone proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance are required Comfortable being on your feet and lifting 15 lbs when needed Willingness to travel frequently between job sites (<90% travel)

- Perform quality inspections on new homes and verify they meet company standards
- Serve as the “fresh set of eyes” before homeowner orientations, ensuring every detail is ready
- Work independently and take ownership of your daily tasks
- Collaborate with several departments to help deliver an exceptional final product
