🏠Details: This is a full-time, commission only position with income potential averaging $80k-150k . The role entails working from our model home during model hours. Weekend work is required. Must be upbeat & have a positive attitude, be reliable & self managed/trustworthy and have basic computer skills. The Builder Sales Representative is responsible for following up with potential leads, setting appointments, showing/selling homes, contract process, color appointments, keeping customers updated on construction, scheduling walks and making the home building/buying experience an enjoyable experience for our customers.
