Company Overview
DSL USA, Inc. is seeking a qualified Logistics Coordinator / Operations Coordinator to support inland operations.
Location : Austin, TX
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inland transportation operations, including shipment scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and delivery status management.
- Communicate and collaborate with trucking companies, warehouses, distribution centers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Monitor shipment progress, resolve transportation delays and delivery issues, and provide proactive status updates to customers.
- Maintain and update transportation records, shipment data, freight rates, billing information, and operational reports.
- Support route planning and transportation process improvement initiatives to enhance lead time performance and cost efficiency.
- Assist with customer scheduling, carrier coordination, inventory movement tracking, and transportation-related data management.
- Ensure accuracy of transportation documentation and compliance with company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, trade, or operations preferred
- Entry-level candidates with relevant internship or practical experience are welcome to apply
- Korean and English bilingual required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software required
