As a Scheduler, you will be pivotal in managing project schedules from inception to completion. Working closely with our client's project management, planning, and project controls teams, your responsibilities will include resource planning, maintaining project timelines, and producing analytical reports to enhance team operations. You'll play a key role in upholding efficiency and ensuring on-time delivery in a fast-paced and collaborative setting.
- Advanced Scheduling Tools: Must have experience in Primavera P6 and MS Project for creating and maintaining schedules.
- Technical Expertise: 2 years of Scheduling/ Planning experience preferably in Shipbuilding
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers, both written and verbal.
- Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure schedule accuracy.
- Analytical Capability: Ability to research and analyze issues, create projections, and provide insightful schedule updates.
- Leadership and Teamwork: A self-starter with excellent time management skills, capable of leading initiatives and collaborating effectively in a team setting.
