Safety & Health Manager | Manufacturing
Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a Safety & Health Manager to lead site health and safety programs and drive a proactive safety culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Regulatory compliance and audits
- Safety training and employee engagement
- Incident investigations and corrective actions
- Risk assessments and industrial hygiene activities
- EHS documentation and reporting
- Partnership with corporate EHS leadership
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of manufacturing EHS experience
- Strong OSHA and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Experience leading safety training initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- ISO experience
