We're hiring a Production Team Lead or Supervisor to oversee night shift operations at a high-volume production facility. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role with a company that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support a team of production employees during the night shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety protocols, quality standards, and production goals are consistently met.
- Train and onboard new hires, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and day shift leadership to ensure seamless transitions and communication.
- Identify and resolve production issues in real time, using problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Report directly to the Director of Production and work closely with the General Manager and Day Shift Production Manager.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment; food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working night shift and being onsite from day one.
- Open to candidates with titles such as Lead, Team Lead, Assistant Supervisor, or Supervisor
