Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems across various property types. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and that safety standards are upheld. Duties
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems including but not limited to; Routing Filter Changes, Routine Belt Replacement , and cleaning condenser coils.
- Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and respond promptly to service requests.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, and system conditions for future reference.
Requirements
- Good foundation of mechanical knowledge and the ability to use basic tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle
- Certification in EPA refrigerant handling; additional certifications in welding or electrical systems are advantageous but not required
- Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in field service environments.
- Mechanical or technician experience in property maintenance or building operations is highly desirable but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
