Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks like preparing reports and tracking sales activity
- Help process sales orders to ensure they’re accurate and completed on time
- Keep customer and sales records up to date in our systems
- Learn and use CRM tools to pull reports and support business decisions
- Assist with generating quotes for products and services
- Partner with teams like purchasing and accounting to resolve order issues or returns
- Research potential business opportunities and help compile reports for the sales team
- Communicate clearly with team members and occasionally with customers
- Stay organized, manage your workload, and proactively ask questions as you learn
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or part-time experience welcome!)
- Interest in sales, business operations, or administrative support
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Interest in developing a career in sales or business operations
